While PuchiBags were not initially created for airplane travel we have taken them all over the world with no problems. Each airline has their own requirements but the three things they care about most are:
1. The dog/cat cannot jump out
2. The bag is properly ventilated;
3. The bag fits under the seat
As all our bags meet those three requirements, the airlines never complain.
Due to the nature of PuchiBag products, Loisstores will only accept returns for an exchange or store credit, and only if the item is unused, in good condition to Loisstores.
In the case of manufacture defect, a replacement will be issued or if necessary, the item will be repaired at the company’s expense. However, this will be determined upon receipt of the merchandise.
With an approved request, Loisstores you will send you a pre-paid return label.
After the return arrives in our warehouse an exchange or repair will be offered upon review of the item and determination of the defect.
Not Want You Expected
If within 5 days of receiving your merchandise you are unhappy with your selection, returns are accepted when an email request is made. A pre-paid return label will be issued if:
- Items has not been worn, altered or damaged and all tags attached.
- You will be issued a store credit or exchange after the return arrives in our warehouse. Shipping fee's will not be refunded.
