Refund Policy Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Loisstores offer a 15 business day return policy. Returns are accepted if an email return request is made within 15 days of the days the item is delivered. Items must not have been worn, altered or washed and must have all tags attached. With an approved return requests, we will email you a pre-paid return label. Returns are accepted if an email (email@example.com) request is made for a return authorization number within 15 business item(s) delivery. Merchandise returned will incur a 20% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be in new condition, completely clean of pet hair, stains and odor. The product must have their original tags still attached. Your credit card will be issued a refund after we verify the item(s) meet the return conditions. Shipping or return shipping charges will not be refunded. Please allow 7 – 10 business days after your return has been received and inspected for your refund to be processed.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
